Physician-led intervention

Take Control of Workplace
Injuries.
From Moment One

90% of injuries resolved as first aid — no clinic visit required.
When a workplace injury happens, the first call determines the cost and trajectory of that injury. Our occupational physicians respond immediately, assess with authority, and resolve most injuries on the spot — keeping your workforce productive and your claims where they belong.

How We Do It

The Only Physician-First Standard in Workplace Injury Management

Not Just Triage

We Intervene - We Don't Just Triage

Our occupational physicians are trained to do something triage models cannot – earn the injured worker’s confidence while navigating the full complexity of OSHA compliance and occupational medicine. That hat combination is rare. We built our model around it.
WorkPartners providers address both the physical and psychological dimensions of a workplace injury. Because how a worker feels about their injury is just as consequential to the outcome as the injury itself.
Our broader scope of practice is what separates us from legacy triage services. We do not assess and hand off. We intervene, manage, and resolve.
Now you have a physician on your side. Fewer Occupational Clinic visits. Lower claim costs. Faster return-to-work. That is what physician-first intervention delivers — and why 90% of injuries we manage are resolved as first aid, without a clinic visit.
Why companies choose WorkPartners

The numbers that change how you manage workplace injuries

Every number below comes from our own outcome data. No estimates. No industry averages.

First-call injury diversion

83% of injuries reported on the first call are resolved as first aid -- no clinic visit, no claim, no lost time. Physician authority at the moment of injury changes the outcome before it becomes a cost.

Advanced first aid resolution

When advanced first aid modalities are applied, resolution rises to 90%. Our physicians do not just assess -- they treat, direct, and resolve at a level legacy triage models cannot reach.

Improved Safety Metrics

By resolving injuries at first contact, we drive indemnity costs & DART rates down by up to 70%. That reduction flows directly into your EMR -- lowering insurance premiums & strengthening your position on contract bids.

Up to 70%

Reduction in indemnity costs and DART rates

When your EMR drops, everything downstream improves.

Insurance premiums, contract eligibility, OSHA standing, and your total cost of risk. EMR is not just a safety metric — it is a business metric. And it moves when you control the first call.

MSK Response

Strains and Sprains Are Where Claims Are Won or Lost

93% of MSK injuries managed as first aid. No clinic visit. No OSHА recordable.

Musculoskeletal injuries — strains, sprains, and soft tissue damage — are the most common and most costly category of workplace injury. They are also the most mismanaged. Without physician oversight at the first report, they escalate quickly into recordable claims, prolonged recovery, and indemnity costs that compound for months.
WorkPartners physicians are specifically trained in occupational MSK assessment. We intervene at the moment of injury, apply advanced first aid modalities, and resolve 93% of cases without a clinic visit — keeping the injury off your OSHA 300 log and out of your claims history.
First Aid Kits

Custom Designed First Aid Trauma Kits

WorkPartners has you covered when it comes to those urgent moments after a workplace accident. Having the right tools at the ready can make all the difference.

That’s why we are proud of our custom designed first aid trauma kits. They are packed with the most relevant and useful medical supplies designed by our occupation physicians.

Our first aid kits at the ready on your jobsite can prevent an unnecessary recordable. This is another example of WorkPartners being with you every step of the way.

OUR PROCESS

How MD Injury Intervention Works

From injury to resolution — a streamlined process that puts employee health first while protecting your bottom line.

1

Injury Occurs

The moment
an injury is reported,
your team contacts the
WorkPartners
intervention line. Not a
nurse. Not a call center
A physician picks up.

2

Physician Assessment

Immediately a qualified occupational physician is evaluating the injury. Not reviewing a form. Not triaging to someone else. Assessing — in real time — the physical condition, the severity, and the fastest path to resolution. It is what determines whether this injury becomes a claim.
3

Treatment Decision

The physician directs care immediately. For 83% of injuries, that means first aid resolution on the call. No clinic visit, no OSHA recordable, no claim opened. When escalation is warranted, the physician coordinates directly with the appropriate provider.
4

Follow-Up & Recovery

Ongoing case management ensures seamless treatment, faster return-to-work, and reduced claim costs for your organization.

Your TRIR, DART, and EMR Rate Is Telling You Something. Let's work on it. Together.
